一、本院公開徵求具卓越學術聲望與領導能力之公共衛生學領域學者，擔任本院院長，任期自115年8月1日起。
I. The College publicly invites scholars with outstanding academic reputation in public health and leadership as candidates for Dean of the college. The term of office will begin on August 1, 2026.
二、本院院長需具備下列基本資格：
II. Candidates for the Dean shall have the following qualifications:
（一） 具教育部認可之國內外學術機構教授或相當資格。
Holds an appointment as Professor or an equivalent qualification at a domestic or foreign academic institution recognized by the Ministry of Education.
（二） 任職於公共衛生相關機構或其學術領域經遴選委員認定與公共衛生相關。
Has experience working in an institution of public health or in an academic area identified by the Selection Committee as related to public health.
（三） 任期初始時未滿六十二歲。
Will be under the age of sixty-two years at the start of the term in office.
（四） 最近一次教師評鑑不通過者，不得擔任院長候選人。
Professors who have failed their latest evaluation are not eligible to be candidates for the position of Dean.
三、參與遴選登記作業程序：
III. Procedures for participating in the registration and selection process:
（一） 符合上列基本資格之本院所有占缺且支薪之專任教授，經遴選委員會徵求其同意後推薦者。
Salaried full-time professors of the College who meet the above qualifications, who are recommended by the Selection Committee and who give their consent, are eligible for nomination.
（二） 符合上列基本資格之院外人士，得依下列程序參與遴選：
Public health professionals unaffiliated with the College who meet the above qualifications may become eligible in the following way:
１. 經本院占缺且支薪之專任教師三人以上連署推薦，每名教師限連署一人。
Receive a nomination by three or more salaried full-time faculty members, with each faculty member limited to endorsing one candidate.
２. 經遴選委員三人以上連署推薦，每名委員連署人數不限。
Receive a nomination of three or more Selection Committee members. Each member is not limited to endorsing only one candidate.
３. 經國內外公共衛生相關院校副教授以上教師三人以上連署推薦。
Receive a nomination by three or more faculty members above the rank of associate professor at domestic or international public health related institutions.
４. 自行推薦，經遴選委員半數以上同意者。
Self-nomination with the consent of more than a half of the Selection Committee members.
（三） 請依推薦表之內容提供被推薦人之學、經歷（含學術成就及行政經驗）、著作目錄、學術獎勵榮譽事蹟及推薦理由等相關資料。
Materials of the candidates’ educational background, experience (including academic achievements and administrative experience), list of published articles, awards and honors to academic achievement, and the reasons for recommendation, etc., shall be provided according to the recommendation form.
四、相關表件請至本院網頁（http://coph.ntu.edu.tw/）--消息公告--最新公告之「院長遴選公告」下載，於民國115年2月6日(五) 17：00前 將申請資料彌封送達(或以郵戳為憑)：臺北市100徐州路17號122室「國立臺灣大學公共衛生學院院長遴選委員會」。
IV. Relevant forms may be downloaded from the College’s website (http://coph.ntu.edu.tw/) (College News → Latest Announcements →”Announcement of Dean Election”). Please send the sealed application documents to “Dean Selection Committee, College of Public Health, National Taiwan University” at Rm. 122, No.17, Xuzhou Rd., Taipei City 100 by (or postmarked at) 17:00, February 6, 2026.
